Postage must be pre-paid unless we authorise otherwise. If authorised all products MUST be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post unless otherwise directed by PC World Computer Bookstore.

To cancel your purchase your product must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition with the original box, packing and accessories. All original paperwork must be included. Pre-recorded CDs, and software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

• you cannot provide proof of purchase;
• the seal has been broken on any product;
• the product is returned in a condition or packaging other than that detailed above
